Ladies Wine & Design Glasgow
Recently, I proudly stepped into the role of chapter leader for Ladies Wine & Design Glasgow (LWD) — and it’s been nothing short of inspiring. LWD isn’t just a group; it’s a global movement rooted in connection, creativity, and championing women and non-binary people in the design industry.
Here in Glasgow, we’re building something really special — a creative community that thrives on support, collaboration, and genuine connection. Our events span everything from panel talks and portfolio reviews to hands-on workshops and relaxed social gatherings. Each one is designed to make space for honest conversations, bold ideas, and the kind of networking that feels natural and empowering.
I’m especially proud of the welcoming, inclusive vibe we’ve cultivated. Whether you’re a student, a seasoned creative, or somewhere in between, everyone is valued and encouraged to share, grow, and show up as their full self.
As leader, my mission is to keep the momentum going — to amplify underrepresented voices, highlight local talent, and foster a culture where creativity and community go hand in hand. It’s more than just design; it’s about creating a ripple effect of support and visibility across our creative scene.
